DE-GLOSS is a six-track live EP by Lithium, built around melodic composition, electronic sound and real-time reconstruction. Pre-composed musical material is reshaped through structured improvisation, using live interventions including extreme frequencies, pulse, drones, noise and glitch to alter the balance and perceptual focus of each track.
Rather than reproducing fixed studio arrangements, the performances leave timing, intensity and the relationships between materials open to real-time judgement, allowing each recording to retain the decisions and movement of the live process.
The collector’s physical edition includes a CD, a 16-page booklet, original artwork and a black lift-off box. The booklet contains project texts, photography, track information and access codes for the protected digital tracks, with a QR code linking directly to the DE-GLOSS online edition.
